XIII Seminário de Educação Permanente em Saúde Maceió- Al
A Secretária de Estado de Saúde SESAU promoveu dia 7/11, no auditório do Centro Universitário de Maceió CESMAC, em Maceió, o XIII Seminário Estadual de Educação Permanente em Saúde. O Seminário teve como tema a promoção da equidade e valorização das trabalhadoras do Sistema Único de Saúde-SUS. Durante o evento foi discutido temáticas relacionadas ao racismo e preconceitos considerando que esse ano o Ministério da Saúde por meio da Secretaria de Gestão do Trabalho e Educação na Saúde instituiu o Programa Equidade de Gênero, Raça, Etnia e Valorização das Trabalhadoras no SUS com o objetivo de enfrentar as diversas formas de violências no âmbito do trabalho visto que segundo pesquisa do IBGE, em 2022, das 48,8 milhões de mulheres negras em idade para trabalhar, somente 51,5% estavam no mercado de trabalho, além de receberem menos da metade dos rendimentos que os homens brancos e cerca de 60% do rendimento médio das mulheres brancas/amarelas. Foi uma manhã de diálogo e reflexões entre as representações que estavam presentes, gestores, trabalhadores e estudantes sobre a importância de articular iniciativas e ações que promovam ambientes de trabalho seguro, acolhedor e livre de discriminação.
